How does an illegal alien get access to our Social Security numbers so they can work in our country?

It's amazing the formerly titled file clerks and secretaries that are now glorified as (Official Acronym Here) Analysts these days.....and oddly enough, a large number of them seem to be facing charges of stealing the identities of US federal employees, or "accidentally" wandering home with national security secrets and conveniently losing them....or both.
