Man, I haven't laughed like that in while!
Whew! ...still trying to compose myself.
To: RedRover
Well, sort of. He did have some appearance in some movies, but most people wouldn't remember which ones, so don't feel so bad. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

He did?!? I always thought he was a third rate hack of an actor, personally.

What, I'm the only one who thinks he looks like Brother Justin Crowe?

------------------------------------------
He had a shot at genuine stardo; that has little to do with being a first rate actor (think Keanu Reeves or Brad Pitt - both genuine stars but neither can act).
He had a chance at two huge franchise role. He was the first Jack Ryan and he played Dave Rochimbeaux in Heaven's Prisoners which was imo his best work. But, he didn't want to get stuck so Ford and then Afflick did the follow-on Ryans while the Rochimbeaux series died.

He has a new sitcom coming up. I think it is titled 30 Rock. He looks terrible and has put on so much weight. I don't know that he will be able to salvage his career.
Apparently, he and Kim Bassinger are constantly battling in the courts about custody-related issues. How mature of them!

I'm no Baldwin fan, but isn't it just a likely he's asking the cop a question or getting clearance to walk down the street (the direction he's pointing)?
We're supposed to be better than the DUmmies and yet I read nothing but ad hominem attacks rather than discussing the guy's politics.
We can't win the war of ideas by just yelling mean things louder.

Step aside. I'm an actor.

I don't like alec baldwin, but I think in fairness, this shot may not be what it looks like. I would need to see a series of photos. Remember that recent photo of people in a park in brooklyn while the towers were smoking on Sept 11th and it looked like they were ignoring it and having fun, but really they were concerned and talking about it?
Anyway, just a note of caution in interpreting this picture.

You just know what he is saying there without even having to guess... He is putting forth the standard quote that every liberal Hollywood putz and or liberal politician says when they don`t get their way; "DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?"

I have always wondered what it was that made Kim marry him. Back when they were dating I happened to be in a bar that they were in. For several hours, Alec sat at the bar with his back to everyone slamming down drinks. Meanwhile, Kim had a group of women with her and they all stood around chatting. Occasionally a fan would ask her for her autograph, and she obliged for the most part. Neither one seemed too into the other, but then they married. I was an extra on the set for The Getaway with them. They fought constantly. He lorded it over everybody because obviously we did not know who he was. He would huff and puff and go to his mobile home (alone) and slam the door and sit in there for hours. What a loser!
