The Republicans need to get out first and explain that Clinton and Albright did this. It is their baby. They gave the technology to the North Koreans for a promise. To a bunch of communists for their word. The echo of Reagan, "trust but verify", was never considered by Clinton. This is the single most important reason to keep the Republicans in office and the republicans need to go on the offense as quickly as possible. Rapid response.
