I like the navy type outfit Barbara Bush is wearing.Yes it is nice. I wouldn't be surprised if she were invited to break the bottle but suggested her daughter, Dora do the honors instead.

I believe it's "Rig for dive" first.
Otherwise, you'd leave $10K worth of crap on the bridge which will wash aft, dent the $500K propeller and require a $1M drydock cycle.

I am sure you are very tired - that most have taken a long time to put together - thank you so much for your hard work.
Sorry I was not here earlier but have had a very busy day shopping, then cooking. Wanted to prepare as much for tomorrow as possible as a friend is putting a second hand cooker (stove) in for me that I purchased recently. So if things go wrong I will be rather limited for a few hours cooking wise.

Thank you so much for posting the piictures. I watched as much as I could of this on the link DrDeb provided, but the rain interrupted the satellite transmission.
I hope that next week I can see the whole test of bothe the President's speech and that of his father.

Your cooker looks wonderful. Is it in place in your kitchen or is that an ad? And is that a warming oven under it?

I don't know if C-SPAN will show the ceremony later in the week, but looking for it on their TV page, I discovered they do have it on tape. For those who can't access it online, dvd and vhs copies can be ordered from their archives page.
