CLAIM: FILTHY FOLEY ONLINE MESSAGES WERE PAGE PRANK GONE AWRY
**World Exclusive**
**Must Credit the DRUDGE REPORT**
According to two people close to former congressional page Jordan Edmund, the now famous lurid AOL Instant Message exchanges that led to the resignation of Mark Foley were part of an online prank that by mistake got into the hands of enemy political operatives, the DRUDGE REPORT can reveal.
According to one Oklahoma source who knows the former page very well, Edmund, a conservative Republican, goaded an unwitting Foley to type embarrassing comments that were then shared with a small group of young Hill politicos. The prank went awry when the saved IM sessions got into the hands of political operatives favorable to Democrats.
The primary source, an ally of Edmund, adamantly proclaims that the former page is not a homosexual. The prank scenario was confirmed by a second associate of Edmund. Both are fearful that their political careers will be affected if they are publicly brought into the matter.
The prank scenario only applies to the Edmund IM sessions and does not necessarily apply to any other exchanges between the former congressman and others.
The news come on the heels that Edmund has hired former Timothy McVeigh attorney, Stephen Jones.
Developing...
He was 24, and had maintained contact with Foley since 97.
It's a very interesting article, from the October 2nd New York Times, in which Matthew Loraditch (president of the House Page Alumni Association, administrator of the Page Alumni Forum and former good pal with Jordan Edmund) says "that he later saw sexually explicit text messages that Mr. Foley had sent to two former pages after they left the program." What role, if any, did Matthew Loraditch have in the Foleygate scandal?
And with all the Google cache links between his Page Alumni Forum screen name and gay/bi/icky porn forums, as well as his status as president of the Page Alumni Association... when will the MSM start asking questions about this separate (possible) scandal.
"I hope others who did this and then used blackmail are arrested and brought up on charges."
What blackmail? Got a link?
Trying to catch up with all this info here...Foley's done (and should be), the Left seems to be up to their normal low standards...
I remember your name from some previous threads and you always had some good info/insight can you give me a rundown and get me up to speed with what's going on here?
Such as any solid leads on the "prank" angle, the Soros Connections......I think you had a post refering to one of the "teens" that is from your area???
Thanks in advance!
Without us forcing them to, the MSM and the 'RATS won't get to the bottom of the story... which is, who set this "scandal" to blow up a month before the elections, what were their motives in holding the info for months (or years?), and who had possession of the emails and IMs for all this time.
I had a run-in with the kid that was outed for the IM's in the spring when he crashed a Meet and Greet I was hosting for another candidate. Arrogant as they come. He recorded the other candidate's talk as a mole for the Istook campaign. Also wanted me to buy an alcoholic drink when I was only paying for soft drinks. No one could believe this young punk had so much nerve. Called the office the next to tell them they needed to do something about this kid and found out he was the deputy campaign manager for finances.
I don't think it was a prank. In fact, I am in the process of putting two plus two together and what I am coming up with makes me cringe. I have a few phone calls to make and will be back shortly.
You are quite right that it is appalling we as a nation even have to consider this crap with all the more important things going on.... BUT, if there is as much collusion and manipulation between the DBM and the Demagogues as many of us suspect on this matter then it is enormously significant as yet another attempt (ala Rathergate) by leftist scumbags to change the direction of the US government, by hook or by crook, without the voters really knowing their depraved agenda or how they are pursuing it.
Foley is/was scum, but if there was any kind of lib entrapment and/or manipulation and/or MSM collusion with the Demagogues then this IS a story of national importance because of how it could affect all those other issues you mentioned.
"...yet another attempt (ala Rathergate) by leftist..."
Have you heard any "_______gate" titles for this yet? Just wondering?
"Foleygate" implies a Republican scandal which it turns out is not the case, need something else...
Suggestions???
I just copy and pasted what Drudge had up on the website. I was confused by that wording too....
CREWgate
Nancy Pelosi + nancyboys = Nancygate.
Good thinking to archive our own threads. I thought Wild Bill's site was especially valuable because it showed every step of his ID of Edmund. But if you have the entire thing, you can post excerpts of it later and it's far less likely that Edmund's lawyer will bother cleaning up small portions scattered around.
Pelosi Galore-gate.
See, I told you this thing would go nowhere. Not a single news network picked it up.
..You're insight to this 'punk' is fascinating!
I know. It bothered me, too. But let's hope Drudge is not wrong.
Good Luck. I hate to judge people by their looks. But I have to say looking at those pics I have seen he looks like the sort that kust screams jerk.
"Pelosi's Prankstergate" ??
