And one other thing, Wild Bill found this out by doing some detective work when ABC accidently left the IM screenname of Jordon. Did ABC News and Brian Ross do the same kind of investigating? You bet your ass they did, that is their job.

The question is, did they know that Jordon was an adult at the time of the IM’s and then print a lie that it was with a minor?

FYI, you may have heard this, but Selena Zito with the Pittsburgh Tribune Review (I’m pretty sure that’s right) called in on a local (Birmingham,Alabama) talk radio program this morning. She said a major story might break today that a high ranking Democrat knew about the Foley matter and she hinted there was coordination with ABC, probably through George Stephanopoulos to release the story. (Not taking away from what a disgusting creep Foley is, but considering the reaction by the Dems to the story, this would look pretty bad for them IMO). Zito said she had a few more facts to verify, she does not want to report anything until she’s absolutely certain.

She also said other “outings” would most likely occur before the election and would further hurt the Republicans although she said Democrats would probably be affected as well.

I’m paraphrasing what she said, this is basically the gist of it. When the talk radio host asked when this might come out, she said he would be her second phone call.

Let's be clear - I do NOT condone what Mark Foley has done. But does this mean that the Democrats think that Foley's sexual behavior with an adult is illegal?

If so, does this mean that the Democrats believe that Clinton's behavior with an adult was illegal?

If not, does this mean that Democrats believe that Foley's behavior with an adult male is illegal only because he is gay?

Either way, the Democrats are hoist by their own petard - and once again, the main-stream media has manufactured information to suite it's agenda.

But no matter. I am convinced that we do need to investigate Foley to the fullest, just to find out if he IS guilty of any crimes. And we MUST also investigate EVERYONE, Democrat, Republican, or otherwise - in both houses of Congress - for the same. All emails, all correspondence, all phone conversations. EVERYTHING on EVERYBODY.

It's time to clean house of paid public perverts - and we have Foley to thank. I personally am glad Foley was "outed" for his digusting behavior on my dime - but I wonder; will the Democrats will be as happy with these revelations once they find their own in the mix?

FReeper donnalee suggested that Foley was being very careful about these contacts' ages to avoid the "under-18" problem. If the pre-18 IM contacts were not released by ABC, it's possible that they aren't as juicy as the ones they did release. Maybe they were just "overly friendly". They didn't suit ABC's agenda, so they didn't bother with them.

At least one of the posters revealed through the screw up at ABC has been postively identified according to internet reports, hence the Drudge headline. That person is now 21 years old and the posts were from 2003, QED, he was 18 at the time. Oh, and legal age for 'this sort of thing' is apparently 16 for all of the jurisdictions involved.

Also, just to point up the hypocrisy of the folks pushing this "scandal," the Dhimmicrats have their own "facts in evidence" in Gary Studds, who not only sent messages to a (adult ex page, which is all Foley apparently did) Studds actually buggered the fellow, who was still a page at the time (which is not true of any of the folks Foley sent messages to).
