Was there any IMs from at least 3 years ago? If there were then someone is really strange for saving them.People save flattering words all the time. Letters....poems....notes....articles.
It's not strange at all.

LOL...I watched it again...and it was the same!!!
BTW..there is a new thread that says that Hastert told Paul Weyrich..that if he thought that his resignation would hold the House for the Republicans, he would do it...but he knows it won't.

""One of his Frat brothers from Berkley called the Passionate America Show and confirmed that Jordan showed these emails as proof that he had "dirt" on a Congressman. He has been described as power hungry and craving influence." This guy sounds like trouble all around, Ishtook better figure out who's minding the store but it's probably already too late for that.

The "other one" was 16 and got the e-mails. (or are we talking about THREE people here) The 16-year-old's parents decided to drop the whole issue and Foley had no more communication. The e-mail issue was NOT pursued by anyone...not the FBI, not ABC, not the House, no one, because NO ONE deemed to to be of any consequence. Get it? ;)

I think the demonrats were trying to demoralize the religious right so they would stay home come voting day.
To: TASMANIANRED
"They screwed up royally.
If this had happened in Late October there may have not been time to vet it.
Hitting this early will allow the the light of truth a chance."
I think it is significant though to keep in mind that early voting has started already in FL (I read that on a post here in FreeRepublic). My understanding is that this early voting is a more significant percentage of the total votes cast each election cycle.

Blunt?
Foley, Hastert and Blunt? What the hell are you talking about?
In addition, most homosexuals do NOT have sexual relations with underage "victims".

It is confusing but I think the crucial points that will come out is that this story has been "frankenteined" together, taking the "best" parts of communications with two pages. The innocuous stuff that has been characterized as "overly friendly" was with the 17 year old, and the more egrigious stuff (which nevertheless may or may not be criminal) was with the 18 year old. It was cobbled together and foisted on the public and most people ate it up with both fists.
