The "other one" was 16 and got the e-mails. (or are we talking about THREE people here) The 16-year-old's parents decided to drop the whole issue and Foley had no more communication. The e-mail issue was NOT pursued by anyone...not the FBI, not ABC, not the House, no one, because NO ONE deemed to to be of any consequence. Get it? ;)

This is NOT THE SAME PERSON. There are many it seems. This man came out about it of his own free will as an adult on national TV. It happened 10 years ago when he was 17 and had just returned to his home town for DC.
