Can someone tell me why this kid is responding? It's pretty obvious that we're only getting 1/2 the story. This kid is part of this...and it appears he is more than willing. Which one is the predator??
Can it be proved this was actually a kid that he was "talking" to. Or did he just THINK he was talking to a kid. I know, I know......that's SO "Dateline"!
There's no way in hell a 16-17 year old kid should be working in this type of environment in Washington -- where f#cked-up people with serious personality disorders are considered "normal" and where criminal behavior of all kinds is not only tolerated, but celebrated.
And I question the sanity of any parent who allows a 16-17 year old kid to move away from home to go work in a place where f#cked-up people with personality disorders are considered "normal" and where criminal behavior of all kinds is not only tolerated, but celebrated.
