There is time to put in good alternative Rep. candidate. In any case I don't want a 50 year Congressman or woman who goes cruising for 16 year old boys or girls on the internet, I don't care if it is legal or not. I think people have a right to have higher standards for a Congressman than "doesn't break the law".

I am NOT defending Foley. I think he's a creep and deserves everything coming to him. I want to know where others who condone this behavior in male teens with older female teachers stand. Go back and read before you post a knee jerk reaction.

At this point, party doesn't even play into it, IMO. I can't believe that I'm seeing some posters trying to somehow defend this asshat.
He's a pervert. I don't care what party he's from. He's done. What worries me is that this scandal may cost the GOP some seats...not just in Florida, but, if others knew about Foley's little playmates, then that's going to come out, too.
The Dems are not going to be bashful about telling what they know at this point. This sucks. Foley sucks. Anyone who even half-heartedly tries to defend Foley sucks. And I'm not going to be bashful about saying so.
