Oh, boo-hoo.
Our nation defends gay rights as well. Are you going to protest by moving to China?
Thanks.
Why does every business decision have to be politically calculated? How about not shopping there because their stuff is garbage, the employees are incompetent, and management is rude? That's been my Wal-Mart experience and my reasons for not shopping there.
Well, it seems the Left will have to go easy on Wal-Mart from now on;)
"**On Friday morning and afternoon following Thanksgiving day, November 24, 2006, we are calling upon Christians to allow their theology to become biography on the streets in front of local Wal-Mart stores.
We have dedicated a new website www.Savewalmart.com that will enable you to find out the latest news and register your local Wal-Mart where you will be taking your stand for Jesus.

Well, they feed excessive consumerism, which is a form of greed. Supporting other forms of sin would be no surprise, methinks. All part of the same package (see tagline).
That's nice - I mean, instead of a discussion on the points, just insult the poster - so much easier.
I love Walmart.
It attracks many customers.
While all those customers are shopping in Walmart, I can go to Freds Discount, Family Dollar or Dollar General, and avoid the crowd.
I love Walmart.
"How about not shopping there because their stuff is garbage, the employees are incompetent, and management is rude? "
Because none of that is true?
Gays do have rights but NOT to same sex marriage!
There stuff is garbage? I can buy a B&D cordless drill at WM for about 15-20 less then I can get it anywhere else. Is this drill any less quality then the identical one bought at Sears? I can name you many many items from TV sets to food that are less at WM. As for the employees, I don't condone rudeness but then I seldom need an employee in any store save to point their finger in the direction of the product I want to purchase. I do not socialize with WM employees in any way and all I need them to do is open the door at the correct time and have the lights on and the cash registers manned so I can make my purchase, save money and be on my way.
People who rant against WM remind me of an acquaintance who refused to shop at a certain discount store in the area that specialized in selling merchandise purchased from bankrupt companies. He would come up with dumbest reasons imaginable but the bottom line was he felt he would somehow demean himself by shopping in (in his mind) a low class place like that where he had to walk among what I'm sure he considered the riff raff (bargain seekers). This guy drove a truck for a living.
BuBye! Walmart.
That's not nice.
We have stopped shopping at Wal-mart, mainly because of the Gay Chamber of Commerce issue.
We spen(t) alot of money there each week, not that I'm boycotting or anything...shopping there doesn't seem right anymore. I'll be cutting up and cancelling my Wal-mart credit card, also.
Our local Walmart stopped taking checks. They only do electronic withdrawals (echecks). I would not dream of trusting their employees with my banking information. I had a bad experience and just don't do e-checks.
Myself and my company simply quit going there. Haven't missed it whatsover.
I'm a WalMart supporter and shop there every week. But this is a bad business decision by WalMart.
Liberals feel, they don't think. Since they already "feel" that WalMart is bad, promoting the gay agenda isn't going to change that, but it does have the potential to turn off shoppers in middle America.
Bad move, WalMart.
WalMart Ping.
