Today President Bush traveled to Memphis, Tennessee to attend a campaign fundraiser for Senate Candidate Bob Corker. This evening he is hosting a dinner for Afghanistan's President Hamid Karzai and Pakistan's President Pervez Musharraf to focus attention on the need to work together to defeat terrorism, with an emphasis on the shared interests of both leaders. (A few prayers would be in order for wisdom for our President during this dinner, I think......)
It continues to be a good time to support this President, so enjoy your trip to Sanity Island on the Daily Dose!!

Right I remember that from someone else and yes I used to have black patent shoes for Sunday along with a velvet dress to wear to church. I cannot imagine many children wearing that today.

Mary Janes are back in style here in the US. Not patent leather, but plain black leather. Guess those spike heels are not as much fun as they look!

Actually for adults black patent with high heels are back in the UK but I was thinking more of the children buckle black patent shoes most kids nowadays wear trainers.
