Exactly. Sometimes we have to take what comes along because that's all there is. I had a phone interview last week for a very short term job at Mattel. Just a couple of months, although if they like me and there's more work, they may keep me longer. Although I haven't formally been offered it yet, the recruiter thinks that will happen Monday. If so, I'll start Tuesday. Pays very good. Much better than most temp jobs, so it will pay the bills up to the holiday season anyway.

Good to hear about the temp job which hopefully if you get it will cover you till Christmas. Hopefully once Christmas is over companies will be looking to on more people and you get more offers.

Prayers for your job situation to work out well, Wolfstar. I prayed many Rosaries for a job that would make me happy, and I found one!

Good for you, Wolfstar. In your mind's eye, see yourself happy because whatever you most desire came true. Believe you already have whatever it is you want most and it DOES come true.

I've had really great paying jobs, and really bad paying jobs, and learned a lot from both and every other one in between.

I'm glad you will be having a wonderful holiday season because of your new job...and meet some more people there, that you haven't met before; and they will be the springboard for even more happiness for you. That's my prediction...I'm stickin' to it!
