When I say close the border, that means all ports of entry. Legal can come in when they are legal. An airport from the middle east arrives at a port of entry. So does a cargo ship. So do illegal aliens from Canada and Mexico. They all need to be addressed. I do not think a 3000 mile southern border is necessary.....just fence the high volume choke points and surveil the wilderness areas. We need to control penetration of bad guys into this country. Scrutiny of who comes into the USA is essential. In the film one of the second tier security guards exercised his initiative and denied one of the attackers entry. If he denied someone who was only a tourist, that is the perogative we have in this country....just like most other countries.

If we controlled the borders it would allow assets to be freedup for other functions.

One thing I feel sure of is nothing that I say or opine has not already been strongly considered by security personell in this country. We are safer than prior to 9-11.

I would agree with you 100% if the other side(the DU's etc.) would do the same and rightly lay the blame where it deserves.....with the terrorists.

I do not necessarily share your view and know that it is somewhat controversial. But boy we need to be told this by Arab Muslems not white Christians all the time don't we, before we can really be sure.

It would help if that started with Muslems in the US. Certainly I believe this about the Kurds after seeing their commercials on FNC and knowing how they their part of Iraq is doing.

I have lucked out and not had to look at Kristin Breitweiser's smirk once during this whole move, 9/11 commemoration.

BTW...I swear the MSM just BEG for the partisan fighting though...when I heard Nina Easton with Brit after Bush's speech complaining because he included Iraq in it ......

So...I am sure that is what we will hear tomorrow in the dem talking points, that his speech was disrespectful, because he DID include that "illegal war" while speaking of the 9/11 attack.

Your point is an excellent one. In the final analysis the movie made the terrorists look evil and determined (accurately), and it brought home the horror of that awful day. Finally, and maybe most importantly, it showed the ineptness of our government and law enforcement when political correctness and fear of taking political risks becomes paramount.

Those are accurate portrayals, no doubt.

The movie definitely caught the demeanor and hangups of Ambassador Bodine.

I'd never heard of her, and found her appalling. Classic State Department bonehead.

I found tonight's episode riveting--ABC deserves major kudos for producing it and for standing up to the Clintonistas. It should be required watching in every high school in this country.

Listen to me....CLINTON WAS OFFERED OBL THREE TIMES, BUY THE SUDAN AND HE WOLULDN'T TAKE HIM. And yes, there WERE supposedly at least SEVEN other times Slick could have and SHOULD have gotten him!

What YOU need to know, before you post about factual history, is the FACTS, so that you don't look so foolish.

So, to redeem yourself, please explain, in complete detail, just WHY you "truly don't blame Bill Clinton for 9/11"; however, do it step by step and begin with the FIRST bombing of the WTC in '93.
