Lauer/Bush on Today show: Pretty tense
Today show
Posted on 09/11/2006 9:07:21 AM PDT by quesney
Did anyone else see the exchange between President Bush and the Today show's Matt Lauer this morning on the Today show?
I tuned in near the end, and it looked pretty intense. Lauer was a very aggressive in his hand gestures, repeatedly pointing a stern finger into the president's chest. Almost looked like it would turn physical. Would appreciate a link to any online video.

Why would Bush appear on that show today?
------
I don't know. He is a fool to expose himself to these one-agenda socialist liberals who just hate Bush, hate America, hate everything, except when they look in the mirror...elitest bastards.

Interesting. I sure hope Newsbusters or some other online watchdog got it.

Roger that!
But saving money is not the objective..
The objective is to INDOCTRINATE the mind numbed assholes that get their news from these "MSM stars"..
Wouldn't you just love to get a few of them alone somewhere -- and kick their freaking ass up to the shoulders?
Prissy Crissy Matthews would be at the top of my list - and then that little fart who always makes a pest of himself at the White House briefings...
Just ONCE!

It's a mystery to me why President Bush would even consider going on any of the alphabet networks.
The local affiliate of NBC here in Washington DC showed a preview of the interview 'coming up' and they froze President Bush's face in some sort of halfwit expression.
It's maddening. It's nauseating....the unabashed naked hatred the MSM have for the Republican Party.

Matt Lauer reworked the same question at least 12 times to try to get the answer he wanted (and what he wanted was Bush to say that the evil US government secretly tortures innocent lil' terrorists for its own amusement).
He was an arse.

Thanks for the link. Those papers Lauer was holding must have been DNC Talking Points, and it was ridiculously obvious that he's out there with the rest of the lunatic left wingnuts; he was offensive, posed hypothetical rhetorical DU-type questions, and made a complete ass of himself, as usual.
Since the Philanderer-in-Chief of the previous administration turned the Office of the President into a frat party/hollywood screen stage, no respect is shown to the highest office in the land. It's disgraceful, and for those who still remember the words "honor and respect", you better get your asses to the poles on election day, or it's gonna sink even lower into the moral abyss.

Remember the scene in 'Mississippi Burning' where Gene Hackman's in the boozers-club... sittin' next to the crew-cutted... 'sh*tkicker'?

Many people seem to have no manners or respect for authority. It has been particularly disgusting the way people bash President Bush, but conservatives are almost as bad with Clintoooon. You can disagree with another person in honest debate without being disrespectful.

BARBARA Bush could kick Lauer's ass.
