I didn't hear if anyone was planning for a live thread of the film tonight. Just in case anyone wants to start early. Some in Australia already have seen part 1. Part 1 airs tonight at 8pm Eastern Time on ABC.
Oh my goodness... press wasn't allowed for some parts and after the movie, they took the mike out for the Q and A... had words from security, Friedman raised his hand called to the head guy and told him his security guy was trying to keep them from taping the press conference.

There was also one they called "Nancy" and then another they had a subtitle for that said "Patricia." None were the same person/actor.

I found it interesting that here Clarke is supposed to be the Terrorist Czar for the Clinton White House and in the movie, he had to call John O'Neill to find out who Ramzi Yousef was. Makes you wonder what kind of a briefing he got from the CIA and the FBI when he came on board in '92, and just how much communication passed between those two agencies and Clarke on a daily basis. Couldn't have been much if he had to call O'Neill to get info on Yousef. Yousef was already well known to the FBI, so why was Clarke still in the dark when that phone call allegedly took place?

Just finished watching the whole thing. Clinton's people were asleep at the wheel for sure...but it looks like the ABC lapdogs to Clinton tried their best to rehabilitate Sandy Burglar a little bit.
I agree with you. The timing was perfect. They had developed small, personal bombs by then. A personal bomb like they were shown developing after 1993 would have been ready by 1996 -- date of TWA 800.
Just disgusting...and I was bothered a LOT today...about how many times I saw the Fox reporter, reporting about it from Canada!!! jeez louise...
I wonder how many people in the audience CHEERED when Bush was killed?
I guess the State Dept. is full of too many Armitages...don't like the Bush Administration..so won't do anything but bring it grief and bad press.
