Everything regarding this miniseries boils down to one byte: that famous clip of Clark-ee saying "your government failed you." That's where they want to put the blame, on both administrations.
When the ones to blame are the islamonazis. Yes I realize that the first thing the government owes us is protection... but who could have possibly envisioned exactly what happened on 9/11? It's all hindsight.
