ABC toned down a scene that involved Clinton's national security adviser, Samuel "Sandy" Berger, declining to give the order to kill bin Laden, according to a person involved with the film who declined to be identified. "That sequence has been the focus of attention," the source said.
The network also decided that the credits would say the film is based "in part" on the 9/11 panel report, rather than "based on" the report, as the producers originally intended.

Somehow a guy who have hundreds of thousands to the Clinton conspiracy is now somehow crazy because he is telling a story which differs that Clintons 'legacy'??? There has never been such a case in history where every single person who has ever disagreed with Bill Clinton is a liar, crazy, jealous or just a 'hater'. And there are a dozen training media assassins ready to back that up on any television program on the air.
The writer was on Fox yesterday, sounded stunned. Said he was out of the political loop so didn't know what change might be made , but that he thought the movie would run.
I contacted them through that link yesterday and asked them to broadcast the whole show as shot, uncut and without re-editing it. I specifically asked them not to succumb (oops, poor choice of words!) to any politicians or retired politicians.
Bill O'Reilly was giving ABC hell last night, accusing them of "making it up", of fabricating conversations and things. He used the word "dishonest" a lot.
