I know that this doesn't compare to these attrocities, but we should take into consideration the pain that the dislocation of a full ten percent of the population causes. It must be countelss Cubans all over the world who await the liberation of their relatives on the island.

My little hometown of St. Augustine has ancient, historical links with Cuba. I've heard these reports from folks who lived through them. There is no doubt in my mind.
I grew up, and attended school, with kids who had personal experiences that could make you cringe. I never questioned a thing they told me.
