I've heard Glenn Beck mention what this reporter also mentions. Ahmandinejad wants chaos, and could actually be "inviting" a war against them in order to hasten the return of the 12th Iman. That makes them more dangerous than other countries with nuclear weapons. MAD doesn't work under those circumstances.

I took a cab recently. The driver was Nigerian, and knows AhmOnAMeanJihad well. Told me that this guy is full of bluster and bravado. Told me he craves power but does actually care about Iran. Told me he's not willing to lose the power and his country, not even for the 12th Imam crap.
I believe him. August 22 came and went and nothing happened.
