In the five years since terrorists flew hijacked airliners into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, Americans have accepted inconvenience, sacrificed personal liberties and paid billions of dollars for a security clampdown that touches virtually every aspect of their lives.

Wagih H. Makky filed the lawsuit Thursday in federal court in Newark, alleging he was harassed and discriminated against at work after the Sept. 11 terror attacks based on his nationality and his Muslim religion.

Californians asked to repudiate Mayor's statements

The Sacramento Valley chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-SV) today called on Californians to repudiate remarks insulting to Muslims made by a mayor in the northern part of that state.

The case for limiting Muslim immigration

My son died Aug2nd Ed,he was 44 and my sister died Aug.19 -she was 60.She was cardiac arrest and they say my son was self inflicted gunshot wound.We are sad.What is happening in the bad guy world.I do have a story to tell you about I/95.

My husband and my daughter Mary were coming back from the shore.This was 1 year ago.They were on I/95 in Phila going North.A car in front of them went to get off at an exit but jumped right back on,it stopped dead in the middle lane a few miles up and then again seamed to be getting off an exit only to jump back on and then stop the car again in the middle lane.My husband called the police becaused they looked like they were trying to cause an accident and when they drove by it was a man with a middle eastern look.
