Was it Sarbanes-Oxley that decided that a screen shot was admissible in court, but an email or saved page is not?
Marc Grossman...the 3rd man at State is a Joe Wilson and Val Plame FRIEND and travelling pal!! It gets deeper and wider. We need a BOOK!!
There's not ONE media guy camped out on Powell or Armitage or Grossman or Comey or Fitzy's front yard either!!
Funny how they are no longer interested in the story... just when it was getting good! LOL!

The NYTimes isn't interested for good reason:
Plame-Gate Bombs Out, But the Times Barely Notices
"Not with a bang..." So much for the Valerie Plame controversy.

It really wasn't so long ago that the Times found it of vital importance exactly who told columnist Robert Novak that anti-war ambassador Joseph Wilson's wife worked for the CIA.
Now we know, thanks to "Hubris," a new book by Newsweek reporter Michael Isikoff and left-wing writer David Corn of The Nation, someone who bears much responsibility for puffing up the Plame non-story in the first place.
Times legal reporter Neil Lewis notes what everyone who has Internet access already knows -- that Richard Armitage, former deputy secretary of state under Colin Powell, was columnist Robert Novak's source for the information that Joe Wilson's wife, Valerie Wilson/Plame, worked for the CIA.
Having lost the partisan angle of a vengeful White House out to sabotage the now-discredited Wilson for suggesting the Iraq War was based on false pretenses (the moderate Armitage was no fan of the war), the Times shrugs the story off onto page A12: "First Source of C.I.A. Leak Admits Role, Lawyers Says."
Who is Leopold?
The failure of Air America across the U.S. is because the liberal mindset does not fit well with lengthy radio shows educated American people.
I was LMAO when I read the reply, but had to fix it to fit my point of view.
Was the stranger maybe Marc Grossman that went up to Novak?
...how could you let something so stupid happen?..

CNN blammed it on the audio operator writes TVWeek

On-Air Phillips Mishap Blamed on Audio Operator
By Michele Greppi
CNN said it wasn't Kyra Phillips' fault that CNN viewers watching President Bush address the nation Tuesday also heard the anchor dishing in the ladies' room and dissing her sister-in-law as a "control freak."
"It was a technical malfunction with the audio board. We're addressing how this happened and why it was not more promptly corrected on-air," CNN said in a statement released Wednesday.
On industry Web sites during the 24 hours after the embarrassing incident, the savviest second-guessers were adamant that there was nothing Ms. Phillips had done to telecast the gaffe and nothing she could have done to prevent it.
They placed the blame and responsibility on the audio operator on duty at CNN during that hour. Their reasoning was that even if the audio operator could not have prevented the technical glitch, he or she seemed to have been slow at flipping the switch that would have silenced the confidential exchange.
Still, viewers of other media outlets are most likely to associate the mistake with Ms. Phillips. On NBC's "Today" show, Matt Lauer and Ann Curry winced as they played the "control freak" sound bite. The team on Fox-owned WNYW-TV's "Good Day New York" joked about making on-air flubs as "doing a Kyra Phillips."
Ms. American Spy
(Sung to the tune of Don McLean's American Pie)
A short, short time ago
I can still remember
How the "Plame Game" used to make me smile
And as I read those D-Kos rants
I got a big bulge in my pants
And thought maybe we'd get "Chimpy" for awhile
But then June 12th made me shiver
Fate became an "Indian Giver"
Bad news on the Internet
Precisely what I had fret!
Oh, I remember how I cried
When I thought of Wilson's "outed" bride
Something deep within me fried
The day that Fitzmas died
So don't cry, Ms. American Spy
We'll get Libby for his fibby
And then Cheney will fry
And that smirking chimp will finally wave us goodbye
Singin', this'll be the day donkeys fly
This'll be the day donkeys fly
Did you see the film Loose Change?
And do you have faith you're not deranged
Though ev'rybody tells you so?
Do you believe in "Downing Street"
The "Memo" that'll get Shrub impeached?
And can you prove Kerry won O-hi-o?
Well, I know that Diebold rigs machines
'Cause the exit polls are all I need
Vote counts are just a ruse
I'd Rather trust CBS News!
I was a lone mid-thirties ne'er do well
In my Mommy's basement on her old-school Dell
But I could have sworn I was in Hell
The day that Fitzmas died
I started singin':
Don't cry, Ms. American Spy
We'll get Libby for his fibby
And then Cheney will fry
And that smirking chimp will finally wave us goodbye
Singin', this'll be the day donkeys fly
This'll be the day donkeys fly
For nearly six years, we'd been overthrown
Reading psychotic rants in Rolling Stone
Believing every conspiracy
Will Pitt had to vent his spleen
With a quote he borrowed from Howard Dean
And a scream that came from you and me
Oh, and while Chimp's polls were looking down
Fitz dropped the ball and lost his crown
The Grand Jury was adjourned
No indictment was returned
And while Markos read a book on Marx
Code Pink protested in the park
Neil Young sang dirges full of snark
The day that Fitzmas died
We were singing:
Don't cry, Ms. American Spy
We'll get Libby for his fibby
And then Cheney will fry
And that smirking chimp will finally wave us goodbye
Singin', this'll be the day donkeys fly
This'll be the day donkeys fly
Bash 'em, smash 'em, gut 'em all and trash 'em
Repukes get off, seems we just can't thrash 'em
All our hopes are fading fast
Nancy's built a House of glass
Those frozen assets could bite our ass
Didn't need that freezer full of cold hard cash
Thought TruthOut's scoop meant Karl Rove's doom
We envisioned his frog-marching gloom
Our cause it would advance
Oh, but we never got the chance
'Cause Leopold's tale was far afield
Those "business hours" refused to yield
Do you recall "Sealed Versus Sealed"?
The day that Fitzmas died
We started singing:
Don't cry, Ms. American Spy
We'll get Libby for his fibby
And then Cheney will fry
And that smirking chimp will finally wave us goodbye
Singin', this'll be the day donkeys fly
This'll be the day donkeys fly
Oh, and there we were all in one place
Moonbats lost in cyberspace
With no chads left to count again
So come on, Fitz be nimble, Fitz be quick
Indict some Rethug and make it stick
'Cause indifference is the fascists' only friend
And as I watched him on the news
My lips were clenched 'round some cheap booze
But no drink the store would sell
Could break Bushitler's spell
And as the "Plame Game" died out in the light
To cheers from the "Religious Right"
I saw Freepers laughing with delight
The day that Fitzmas died
We were singing:
Don't cry, Ms. American Spy
We'll get Libby for his fibby
And then Cheney will fry
And that smirking chimp will finally wave us goodbye
Singin', this'll be the day donkeys fly
This'll be the day donkeys fly
I met a girl who'd popped some 'ludes
And I asked her to improve my mood
But she told me that she was gay
I went down to the DU board
Where I'd read the good news weeks before
But the threads there said the indictment wouldn't play
And in the streets Mother Sheehan screamed
Franken cried, and Al Gore schemed
No "truth to power" spoken
Air America was broken!
And the blogger I admired most
Armando from the Daily Kos
He hopped a Lear Jet for the coast
The day that Fitzmas died
And they were singing:
Don't cry, Ms. American Spy
We'll get Libby for his fibby
And then Cheney will fry
And that smirking chimp will finally wave us goodbye
Singin', this'll be the day donkeys fly
This'll be the day donkeys fly
They were singing:
Don't cry, Ms. American Spy
We'll get Libby for his fibby
And then Cheney will fry
And that smirking chimp will finally wave us goodbye
Singin', this'll be the day donkeys fly!
This is the best post on that idiotic DUmmie thread; thanks for the link. Little do the DUmmies know that rather than being "on our toes," we're all rolling on the floor laughing. What a bunch of idiots they are.
Other MIA's or very close to it.

Liz Winstead, Rachel Maddow and Chuck D. used to have the mid-morning show where there was some discussion of withdrawal from the war in Iraq. Liz, who is a talented comedian and co-creator of the Daily Show, disappeared mysteriously without explanation.
Maddow with co-host Chuck D, lasted a bit longer. One day Maddow ran a segment stating that withdrawal from Iraq should be THE main point of discussion on the left. It was clear that she favored withdrawal in opposition to her guest, the strange and devious Paul Rieckhoff of Operation "Truth," who also calls for "staying the course." (She also challenged Ed Rendell, the Democratic governor of Pennsylvania, for supporting an anti-choice candidate to run against Rick Santorum for Senate, despite the existence of a pro-choice majority in Pennsylvania. Embarrassed and befuddled, Rendell said on air he was put up to this by Senate leaders, including H. Clinton and Charles Schumer.)
Now Chuck D has also disappeared, and Maddow has gone quietly into the night, quite literally, with a one-hour show at 5 am. The final song on her last mid-morning show was: "What would you give in exchange for your soul"?
Excellent!! Pop that off to Radio News people, Laura would enjoy that especially.
Have you seen the latest ?
Boycott Air America !!

They want to save Malloy by boycotting the station that fired him.
Your right about Laura, but I think it's understood best by us Internet junkies.
I found this posted sometime back and had to save it.
I just felt a little *pang* of sympathy (could have been heartburn) for those guys.
They pour their hearts and souls into their party (understanding we all have the right to disagree); and then again being mislead, which seems like consistently; therefore, they are having to "clean up" the mess and face the embarrassment their "chosen" leaders have made for them.
It's got to be for them like opening the biggest package under the Christmas tree from Uncle "MoneyWarBucks" Miltie to discover a collection of books by Ann Coulter and Bill OReilly.
Here's a sample

82. Jeez everything I say on my own thread gets deleted. Imagine that.
Can we go over this slowly then for those who aren't quite up to speed.
I think the hate I see here, everyday, every month for the last few months, is more than my heart can bare. I think the attacks on people who might be just a tad farther left than you are f***ing evil and show no part of the democratic/liberal/progressive compassion that I embody myself with every single day I wake up.
What has happened to you DU? Where is that big tent now? It's a f***ing oxygen tent in a hopital now, and most of us aren't allowed to get any air.
We are only 69 days from the election and we are not only eating our own, we are gnawing up the corpses and spitting them into the street with glee.
You are not the people I happily and proudly fought beside in 04.... I dunno what you people are now.
But you are nothing like me and I am f***ing glad you aren't, it's your karma that will rue the day you hurt the people that tried to help you.
Amen and pass the gravy.
When liberals and leftists have been proven wrong about something, they simply walk away from it. They go on to their next rant. Been happening since at least the 1960's.
