"Let us HASTEN to rebuilt -- using tax money stolen from folks with far better sense -- this city constructed on reclaimed SWAMP LAND an average of 10 FEET BELOW THE SURROUNDING WATERWAYS."
DUUUHHHHHHHH!!!!
A gaggle of idiots.
Electing the same people over and over again expecting different results.
I didn't realize it was a requirement of all African-American men in Louisiana to shave their heads bald.
that looks like that funny general who coined "stuck on stupid"
If you really want to get sick, watch the documentary on HBO about New Orleans.I think that Spike Lee made it.I was only able to watch it for 20 minutes before I had to turn it of in disgust.
Honore is a 3-star general not a colonel.
I think the Hunter Thompson looking guy is Jim Carvin, he was on 60 Minutes during the Nagin interview, he is the anti Bob Shrum as he has been political advisor to every winning mayor in the Big Easy since 1969 including Nagin.
"We're going to raise the level of the city with bundles of worthless greenbacks."
That's General Honore with the shades.
Two prime examples of why not to be a democrat!
Nagin was a republican. Dim label to win in Louisiana...bet Nagin voted for W.
Come on! I'm waiting for the obligatory photo with Looter Guy embedded at this event.
...in front of all five people that still live in New Orleans....
"Who's the guy in shades?"
Looks more like Sleazy Al Davis!
"Clarence Ray Nagin, Jr. (born June 11, 1956) is the mayor of New Orleans. He was first elected on March 2, 2002, to succeed his fellow Democrat, Marc Morial. Nagin gained international attention in 2005 for his handling of Hurricane Katrina, which devastated the New Orleans area. He was reelected to a second term on May 20, 2006. Nagin was a registered Republican his entire life, prior to seeking office. He officially switched parties to win in a heavily Democratic area."
Again, Nagin and Blanco are two examples of why not to be a democrat.
He switched parties in order to get elected. He endorsed Bobby Jindal for governor which is probably why the petulant and incredibly stupid Blanko drug her feet in doing her job.
THANKS, I forgot that. I'm really not stuck on stupid.
First, let me give thanks to our sponsor; Hershey's. They have been most gracious to us in these trying times.
Xcellent!
