Equating the specifically enumerated second amendment protection of the right to bear arms, with the esoteric right to porn that must be inferred among the penumbras is about as ridiculous as the earlier comment equating porn and abortion.

In other words, while the power to set community standards is rightly recognized under the 10th Amendment as reserved to the People and to the States, the power to set community standards regarding ownership of firearms is not as it is clearly prohibited by the 2nd Amendment.
