Let me put it this way: If there was a way to TRACK the phones, I have no problem with anyone buying them. They should all be subject to the same rules as regular cell phones . If it saves American lives, why not?

How many freedoms must we give up to terrorists before we are safe?

If you let the government control one aspect of our lives, how many more will they want to control.

I'm not saying the answers are easy, but there must be a better way. Giving in means the terrorists are winning.

And I don't want them winning. I want then DEAD!

As long as they are turned on, they are tracked.
