Didn't VP Cheney say he was going hunting again???? I'm sure he wouldn't mind taking Michael with him.....(snicker)
At a time when it seemed the democrats had us on the ropes..... And I thought only republicans could self-destruct like this.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! If he had any REAL information, he'd state the statistics and the polls that prove his point. He's fabricating again, to support his own political agenda, just as he did in "Bowling for Columbine" and "Farenheit 911".
Resounding defeat? 52-48? In CT?
Moore will be disregarded by Democrats who really want to stay in office. The reality is that Lamont probably got every vote there was to get out of the "leave now" crowd. Lieberman came out of the evening in pretty good shape. He can count on forty percent + of the Democratic vote. Some Lieberman supporters will, of course, vote the Democratic ballot. He will pick up a goodly number of Independents. Plus, some Republicans will abandon Schlesinger to put a pro-war lefty in office rather than a cut and run lefty in office.
Barring something really wierd happening, Lieberman should get about 45 % of the vote in November.

Interesting, I always thought it was "tow." Here is an explanation of the origin and meaning.
The phrase "toe the line" is equivalent to "toe the mark," both of which mean to conform to a rule or a standard. The Oxford Dictionary of Word Histories (Oxford: Oxford Univ. Press, 2002; ed. by Glynnis Chantrell) says, "The idiom toe the line from an athletics analogy originated in the early 19th century" (514).
The specific sport referred to is foot-racing, where the competitors must keep their feet behind a "line" or on a "mark" at the start of the race--as in "On your mark, get set, go!"
So one who "toes the line" is one who does not allow his foot to stray over the line. In other words, one who does not stray beyond a rigidly defined boundary.
Pretty sad that so many Americans have no life so they have to wait and take their marching orders from a film maker. When that many people are so easily swayed, it does not portend well for the future of freedom.
I support Mr. Moore in this warning.........
Yours,
Michael Moore

P.S. Republicans -- sorry to leave you out of this letter. It's just that our side has a little housecleaning to do. We'll take care of you this November.
"Get In My Belly!!!"
BINGO! We have a winner! No Republican has the slightest chance in CT so, with Independent and Republican voters, Lieberman wins with no net change except to his "political capital".
I sure hope they all listen to Michael Moore, and do EXACTLY as he says. *snicker*
the gift that keeps on giving
So do I.
Next up: Babs warns Dems? Stay tuned...
I was telling my better half last night this is another example of how the Dims prepare for a race. They insist the starter use a real pistol with live ammo, and point it at one of their feet.
Which means that the RINOs and GOP hopefuls can continue to ignore the conservative base. Our good news is also our bad news.
Now, you really didn't have to post that.
This guy just doesn't know when to shut up. He's so narcissistic that he just can't imagine anyone disagreeing with him. Any Democrat sitting on the fence wondering if the looney left is trying to take over, just had his fears confirmed with this rant. |
Right On!!! Why should we listen to someone who tries to deceive with his pack of lies.
