I have no idea how he is posting to the internet, if in fact he is. It could be someone is posting to the jihad forums using his name.Or somehow he is getting messages to someone and they are posting for him.

I found the article interesting enough to post but questionable for the obvious reasons. The photo is obviously not Al-suri for one thing as Cindy also noted. I'll snoop around and see what I can find.

Or perhaps we have given him a lawyer at the expense of the taxpayer, ala Lynn Stewart. That's an annoying thought, but not impossible.

Well the thing that concerns me about this aritlce is that he may have access to a computer like this guy did:
