I watched a rerun of the WH Press Briefing earlier tonight..and I really didn't see anything different with him...maybe fatigue, mental and/or physical.
Remember he is having to take a crash course in the US's relationships with all of these countries..that we weren't having any news about for a while...like Lebanon, Cuba, etc.
