Sounds Nawlins before Katrina - the French Quarter is another world from the rest of the city.

I know that silver tarnishes, so does copper and I think bronze. I wasn't aware that bovine feces could tarnish.

The headine captured my attention. I didn't think the New Orleans image could get any more tarnished. My Feelings exactly. I love the old, historical New Orleans, but the rest of it is corrupt beyond belief.
