Weekend Preview Analysis
No one has complained about the format, so I'm sticking with it.
Of the Sunday shows I'm most interested in ... well, frankly, none of them. I want to hear what the various Israeli diplomats have to say, but I've been hearing the genocidal rants of the Jihadi's for most of my 51 years of life, so I'm really bored with why their reasons why they are entitled to commit genocide against the Jews and to enslave everyone else, including me an my children.
Bremer is trying to cover his butt for all of the screw ups he made while "in charge of Iraq." IMHO he's also covering for Armitage and, ultimately, Saint Colin. I bet that he doesn't mention either of them, however.
Tom Friedman appears to be the darling of the NBC media elite, and therefore of the Clinton's, so I expect nothing but praise for Billary, Christopher and Mad Maddie. I likewise expect nothing but condemnation for Israel and the Bush administration. That's what lil Timmah does, dontcha know.
Nick Burns appears to be the "go to" guy for the hard work that is coming up. The fact that they are trotting him out tells me that they think that there is hard work yet to do, which means that, once again, the drive by media is totally misrepresenting the actual state of affairs. That means that Hezbollah is in real trouble, the Israelis are kicking butt and not bothering to take names and Iran is in deep kimshi. That, in turn, means Syria is toast.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out. I bet we won't know for at least a year.

Heheheh, read Eric Boehlert's screed against Fox daring to present Israel's point of view of the current conflict. It's hysterical. He manages this spelling howler: "conflicts that have
reeked havoc..."
The only thing that reeks is his article.

I really admire and appreciate what you bring us every week! Thank you! Thank you!!
Who I will be watching:
John Bolton
Josh Bolten
Nicholas Burns
Dan Gillerman Israeli UN Amb.
Nouhad Mahmoud Lebanon's Un Amb to Mexico (?)
Should I find it interesting that Lebanon has not had a full fledged UN Ambassodor for 2 years - yet have how many UN police stationed in Lebanon or am I making more of this than I should? One from Canada was killed 2 days ago.

opps forgot something .....
I would like to hear an intelligent discussion of the comment by Kerry to Ambassador John Bolton and Ambassador John Bolton's back to Kerry.
In my mind this is the difference between the two parties.
My other question is would it be so wrong to get into discussions with Syria.

thank you all for your well wishes. It means a lot to me.
I leave in about an hour and will probably be back sometime early afternoon. Hopefully he won't do too much in the way of drops and poking and prodding so that I can get back on this afternoon. As soon as I can I'll let everyone know (ad nauseum) if we've found anything or if it's all in my head... well, the eyes are in my head, but... you get the idea...
