In six years in the White House, George W. Bush has screwed up so many things, you have to wonder: Is he unlucky or incompetent?
Well, now we know.
Thanks to the Lovenstein Institute of Scranton, Pennsylvania, which just released a study of the IQ of twelve American presidents, over the last 50 years. And the results are well, not surprising.
The average IQ of six Republican presidents Eisenhower, Nixon, Ford, Reagan, Bush 41, and Bush 43 was 115.5. President Nixon topped the list, at 155.
The average IQ of six Democratic presidents Roosevelt, Truman, Kennedy, Johnson, Carter, and Clinton was 156. With President Clinton leading the class at 182.
The smartest president of the last 50 years?
You guessed it: Bill Clinton, with his 182 IQ.
The least intelligent president of the last 50 years?
You guessed it again: George W. Bush, with his rock bottom IQ of 91: seven points lower than his Daddy.
So now we know. Iraq, Iran, North Korea, Social Security, Medicare, Stem Cells, FEMA, the deficit, immigration
The reason George Bush has screwed up in so many areas the last six years.
Hes not just incompetent. Hes just plain dumb the dumbest president in the last 50 years. And, probably, the dumbest president ever!
Thats my parting shot for today. Im Bill Press.

(Yes, his article also accepts readers comments)
Be sure to get screen caps before he censors it! :-)
When I went into the Army in 1958, they called three of us out to go for an interview. There were about one hundred in our platoon. It was for an interview to ask us to enter Officer Candidate School. You had to have a minimum of 112 as I recall. The fact that only three of the hundred were interviewed means that not many have that high of score.
I had a score of 138.
You mean it's NOT named for Candy Loving?
With President Clinton leading the class at 182.
BS! i'd be suprised if he could get 125
I am a certified Mensa test proctor, and I administer Mensa admission tests several times a year. You might be surprised, both at some of the people who do pass the tests (at the 98th percentile) and some who don't. But from what I have observed, I don't believe that Clinton (either of them, actually) is Mensa material.
Politically, our members cover the spectrum, and our most public member is probably Geena Davis. I wish I could specify someone whose opinions I admire, instead of her.
LOL
Patrick must have changed his name after the operation.
Awww. It's been pulled.
Anybody think Press will print a retraction? (sarcasm/off).
How dumb must you be to fall for the obviously fake Lovenstein Institute IQ Report? Are you not aware of the supposed IQ scores of the greatest minds in history? From the Time-Life Series book "The Mind;" Lincoln-150, daVinci-180, Descartes-180, Franklin-160, and Kant-175. Do you actually believe that blow-job Clinton surpasses these men? I hope you will retract your commentary since one of your IQ was so easily duped!
I.Q is very overrated as a predictor of all around success.
Gore and Kerry were in the Army and took the GCT which at the time was an excellent predictor of IQ.
And Gore flunked out of a Divinity School Master's program. That's the media's genius golden boy for you.
What does GCT stand for?
Wow, 136 gets you into Mensa!
The article is based on work by Steve Sailer, who is usually pretty good, but you should note that it says Bush's IQ is 10 points LOWER than Gore's, which would make Gore 135, not 115 as you say.
Bill Press takes IQ tests every chance he gets - he's still hoping to raise his own score above a single digit.
What a bozo - only a leftist moron would believe Bill Clinton was at the top of the charts and Demagogues were all so high compared to Republicans, etc.
"General Classification Test" the Army and Navy Both have on though there are different scoring methods.
