Hezbollah terrorists fire a missile from the southern Lebanese city of Tyre.
I heard Brit say that, and I was going to post the same thought that you had...I think it was pretty clear that he was sending a message to all of us.
My husband and I love the Dow Chemical ad ("The Human Element") too. And you are right, it does sound like the music from Burns's documentary on The Civil War.
True, but I think they have their own worries about the Turks right now. Probably are running that ad to try to keep from being forgotten... (Granted, I'm here at work after hours and haven't seen it yet.)
You're probably right. I was just surprised to see Libya brought up at this time.
I sent an angry email to Brit today about Shep. I've sent one every day to FOX- but not to Brit til today.
It's pretty bad when I find CNN less objectionable than FOX. (Only when Shep is on though!)
darnit these cutie pie Israeli soldiers
I have a feeling that "privately", Bibi is saying the same thing you are...that they have the golden opportunity, with relatively NO roadblocks, to do what is necessary.
He is, like George Bush, a tough guy...and I am sure he is telling Olmert that he will publicly back him...IF he does this right.
I think this is a reasonable assumption. Bibi is still publicly backing the Olmert govt, as he should during a time of war, but look for him to come out swinging if this goes down bad for Israel, as he should
Well, you can keep me informed. I switched to HGTV for this hour.
yea, wouldn't know what that's like over here in the states would we ;)
Don't you just love how the Muslims that came to OUR country want to use OUR judicial system to support their warped views??
No, I think that it will continue for a month or so, then someone will suggest that Saudi and Egypt will provide the soldiers for the International peace force. It is not a good idea, but at least they can not be said to be in favor of Hezbollah, rather the opposite ;-)
How far does Israel go in the month period? Litani, Bekka, south Beirut? I have a hard time believing the Israelis will voluntarily agree to Egyptian and Saudi soldiers on their borders
Maybe Sheppy had cried on Brit's shoulder about all of the nasty e-mails about him...and so Brit was trying to make him feel better by saying "his friend"...LOL
WTH?
I just read the article at the Jerusalem Post...I must be WAY out of the loop- I'd been unaware there was more land they were turning over.
yep
Just like on 9/11...these nutcases hate how progressive and modern we are... but the weapon they used, airplanes, are just that.
"Altogether now - lets change channels"
Already did. It was hard too!
LOL! Or like Mrs. Sessions might say 'Bless your heart.'
For Israeli leftists there is always enough land to give away.
