No idea. Where I live we had 2 cars burnt in winter of 2005, culprits were two drunkl Irish students (who managed to set fire to their own car somehow).

Few, but France papers during the time Muslims were being themselves and burning cars called it back to NORMAL when it got back to 100 cars a night burned.
Seemed strange to me.
Though we are a much larger country, we have pretty close to zero except when urban blacks get insulted by something, then they protest by burning their own homes a bit and their neighborhoods.
Of course after that they complain they have nothing! Go figure.
