Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez said Friday that US backing of Israel is responsible for flaming tensions in the Middle East and putting the world on course toward another "Holocaust."
"The fundamental blame falls again on the US empire. It's the empire that armed and supported the abuses of the Israeli elite, which has invaded, abused and defied the United Nations for a long time," Chavez said in a speech during a military act in Caracas.
"I'll seize this opportunity to condemn categorically and fully the aggression that the Israeli elite is carrying out against innocents over there in the Middle East," he said.
Chavez was referring to the new explosion of Mideast violence this week.
And Ozzie Guillen really didn't go to the White House this spring because he knew family would disappear if he did.

Looks like Chavez didn't receive the DNC/Iranian talking points memo denying that there actually was a Holocaust.
Not so much that as Hugo thinking having oil and exporting a lot of it to the US gives him any modicum of importance and a say into American foreign policy..

Using the word "holocaust" implies that he is agreement with the Nazis. It's like the Russian German pact of the WWII. How little changes!
Chavez should be careful, he's messing with God's people. The promises of YHWH have never been revoked by Him.

Chavez is an example of what happens when you take the stupidest, leftist loudmouth you went to school with, give him a uniform, and put him in charge of a country.
Hugo better be careful. The best time to launch a sudden coup against him is while the world's attention is focused on Lebanon.
If Hugo does not like it, let him declare war on the United States. I am sure we would not mind. Might be fun to have an excuse to lance that abcess. That is assuming he has the cojones, which I doubt.
