Imagine what libs would demand if someone staged a burning of the rainbow flag?

Categorize all flag burning as hate speech.

Or drop all references to "hate speech" and make all speech free and all flags equally burnable.

How does burning leaves have anything to do with free speech?

I voted no ... this is a waste of time, if someone wants to burn our flag, go ahead, doesn't bother me none... just don't do it in front of me if you know whats good for your physical health.

IMHO, Flag burning should be considered hate speech. If I can't go to a gay-rights rally or NOI rally with a bullhorn and voice my opposition without fear of arrest, then this is a no-brainer.

I voted no, unless the burning of flags in general is otherwise prohibited by law. In other words, I am NOT in favor of protecting any symbol from being burned. Think about it, this is one of the dumber things that conservatives get into, its simply silly an primitive, something you'd see in the third world, or in Muslim countries.
