I voted no, unless the burning of flags in general is otherwise prohibited by law. In other words, I am NOT in favor of protecting any symbol from being burned. Think about it, this is one of the dumber things that conservatives get into, its simply silly an primitive, something you'd see in the third world, or in Muslim countries.

Exactly.

I also think that it should not be a crime if you put out the flames of a burning American flag with the bloody and bruised body of the POS who was burning it.

But he does have, and should have, the right to burn the flag if it is his property.
