Just a headline on British Sky News
UPDATE:
I never could figure that out. Superman moves at superspeed, he should be able to create the illursion of being in one spot simultaneiously with Clark Kent.
Hezbollah has its own TV network? Somehow I don't see it being "fair and balanced."
>>I just hope the US gives them free reign to finish this problem off once and for all<<
I doubt the Israelis are looking to us for permission to do whatever is necessary. In fact, the President's recent comments suggest approval, tacit though it may be.
Could it be that our Commander-in-Chief has now just about had it with wars by proxy? Whether it is the agents of Iran and Syria or the mad midget of North Korea, we may be witnessing a major shift in U.S. policy.
Lay in some food and uncomtaminated H²O.
I'm sorry about your dad. I know it's hard.
Thanks for your thoughts, angcat. Watching this news from my desk all day has certainly kept my mind off of my dad. It has deepened the cold pit in my stomach as well, however. Im sure you all would agree with that.

Syria got the message when this started, and the president got his beach house overflown by Israeli warplanes, Now if they have an ounce of G2 they will stay out of it,(which is not going to happen, and hopefully they will have their a$$es handed to them.
On the Jewish calendar, today is the 17th of Tammuz, known as the anniversary of the destruction of the Temple (First and Second) as well as the expulsion of the Jews from Spain in 1492. I'd forgotten that until I saw another thread elsewhere. G-d bless and keep the Jewish people!
I see your point now, that area of the world is always so complicated to me. It seems the biggest question is - who is Hezbollah?
Yes, they do. Israelis hit it this morning but didn't knock it out.
Beirut airport being bombed again per Fox News.....
I have been a wreck all day. It is a bad feeling indeed.
Another Katyusha Hits Haifa, Two Injured

(IsraelNN.com) Another Katyusha rocket struck Haifa several minutes ago. Two people were lightly injured from the previous attack in the city and on nearby Kiryat Ata.
Looks as if another rocket hit Hafia
"Redeem Israel, O God, out of all its troubles"

If this is the beginning of the End, Blessed be the Name.
(A Christian friend of Israel)
It shall be in that day that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.
It is a shame that Lebanon, which is largely Christian, but with a large radical Islamofascist populus, is, by its geography, a place where the fascists come in and stage their criminal behavior. Israel has no option but to respond with force. I think there is no dowbt that Iran is the promoter and financier of these despicable acts and Syria allows its territory to transfer arms, explosives, personel. This will get a lot uglier before it gets better. And the killing could stop now if they turned over 3 abducted people who were doing their job in their homeland country. Therefore I conclude that Iran is trying to provoke a war with Israel and pull in as many Islamic countries as possible.
Thanks. I appreciate it.
Sorry; I didn't see the excellent post at 241 and I stand corrected on the impact of the date.
