change the title of this thread - CNN reporting they launched the TP-2 - but say it crashed mid-flight? did we intercept it?
this is getting hot....

Their timing is impeccable. If I have it correctly, they launched at just about exactly--at almost--six minutes before the Shuttle Launch.
Their's (DPRK) was a six minute flight, and then splashdown int to Sea of Japan. (about 600 to 700 km from Japanese coastline).
Therefore, the DPRK missile, the first one, made earth contact at exactly the liftoff time of the Shuttle. Kim is really stupid but interesting nonetheless.

WHAT!!!! I can't be too dramatic here...ahhh now that wouldn't be much fun!
Still have a sneaky suspicion...more to this flight than what we assume or have been told...

Long range one launched now?
To: don-o
NK coming into South Korea isnt the real worry. Its 1) china getting involved or 2) NK using the nukes they have 3) NK using the chemical or bio weapons they have
The South Korean military is good enough to handle the North.
To: Lunatic Fringe
Apparently both short range missiles.
But, does it matter?
Might be time to start taking out their launch sites before they fire the one capable of reaching our country.
Surely the little Gargoyle isn't THAT crazy, is he????
