Justice Stevens was born in April 20, 1920. GW Bush is President until Jan 2009. GW Bush's 2 appointments are the two most Conservative members of the Court.
Kind of makes it totally clear why "Real Conservatives" should desperately want the GOP to win in Nov 206 now doesn't it?

Irrespective of how they're voting, if Roberts wants to really get a handle on this court all he has to do is shut down the toilets.
Neither Ginsburg nor Stevens would be able to attend votes, and Souter would have to go elsewhere for his dates.
