The feminist always say that rape was a crime that men "winked at" before feminism changed things. But in those old days rape was a capital crime. So the feminazis will say that it was winked at unless it was a Black man or a poor man. But the records show that it was not "winked at" at all.

As for the Black Scottsboro "boys" rape case and the national publicity surrounding it in Alabama, the big money defense eventually blocked the full weight of justice. Yet the distortions of the case still come down in comic book history as Alabama was going to railroad these fellows who were indeed guilty.

Forcible rape, when followed by murder or attempted murder, should be punished by pain. That or my favorite historical punishment -- removal of all human rights. That means that if the family or even strangers want to lock them in the basement and torture them for years, they have no more rights than a rock and nobody will do anything about it.
