Limbaugh Detained At Airport Image

(CBS4 News) WEST PALM BEACH Sources have confirmed to CBS4 News that conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh has been detained at Palm Beach International Airport for the possible possession of illegal prescription drugs Monday evening.
Limbaugh was returning on a flight from the Dominican Republic when officials found the drugs, among them Viagra.
Limbaugh entered a plea deal back in April in a previous case where his charge of fraud to conceal information to obtain prescriptions was dropped under the condition he continue undergoing treatment for addiction.
Limbaugh had admitted to being addicted to pain killers on his radio program and had entered a rehabilitation program prior to that arrest.

Other than erectile dysfunction, Viagra has been studied in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension. Today's Annals of Internal Medicine presents a small study showing Viagra increased exercise capacity both in normal and high altitudes, suggesting a possible use in managing acute mountain sickness or other conditions caused by low oxygen levels at the alveoli.
I worked for a couple of years as a nurse at a county home. One of my residents was a 40ish man. Several times per year his doc gave him samples of Viagra, which he self-dispensed to himself whenever he.....felt the need.
I maintained the med books, dispensed perscribed meds, and maintained each resident's medical charts. This man NEVER had a script for his Viagra. Good thing for him he didn't have to go through customs. None of the sample packets had his name, his doctor's name, or anything other than product info on it.

Just because you fly privately doesn't mean you don't have to go through customs upon entering the country from elsewhere. I work air traffic in Toledo, and whenever a plane lands that came from Canada, they go straight to customs -- no matter what type of plane they are.
I hope it's only vitamins.

Actually, viagra is used to treat blood pressure issues. A "positive" side-effect was found for treating erectile dysfunction.
