Amarillo and Lake Meredith need more because it has been rather dry there. Lake Meredith is the primary water source for Lubbock, Amarillo, and a number of towns in the South Plains and the lake is quite low.
We, like you, need a lot more drops. The 86-degree day was very pleasant, too. Much better than the 100+ that we all have been experiencing!
