Minuteman Project THROWN OUT OF JOHN McCAIN's OFFICE -- After Action Report Part II
Self | June 4,2006 | The Spirit Of Allegiance (former screen name Blurblogger)

Posted on 06/04/2006 8:01:07 AM PDT by The Spirit Of Allegiance

Friday, May 12, I with about a dozen others in the Minuteman Project Caravan to Washington D.C. visited the offices of Senators offices on both sides of the 'Amnesty' issue. We first stopped by the office of Senator Jeff Sessions and expressed our GREAT APPRECIATION for his heroic fight against the Leftists and the compromised 'Conservatives' in the Senate. His staff was very pleased to host our group.

Then, we went to some that were not exactly heroes, at least not lately. As a group or individually, I also visited the offices of Frist, Feinstein, Brownback and a number of others.

I had the audacity to write in Senator Chuck Hagel's public Guest Book a written demand that he enforce the law and uphold the Constitution. Anyone who can verify my May 12 entry there--as a taxpayer very appropriately utilizing taxpayer-purchased materials--please feel free to do so. But I'll bet that particular book just winds up 'lost' or missing a page.

A photographer from The Washington Times was with us for the final several hundred miles along the Caravan. She photographed the Hagel guest book while we were in his office. I don't think the photo made it into print, however.

I made a similar entry in Senator John McCain's guest book that same day. Various members of the caravan were present. While I wrote, others politely but firmly insisted that Senator McCain uphold the U.S. Constitution. Although we were peaceful, the tall young man at the front desk probably pushed a hidden button, because without his phoning anyone, a dour, dark-haired woman looking to be in her 40s, with a silent man about the same age, came from behind varnished doors. She told us to leave immediately or we would be reported to the Capitol Police and arrested. Wow. So much for constituent free speech!

She had no name tag on. I asked her name but The Dour One refused to provide the information. I asked her title but she remained silent. If dirty looks could kill, there would have been a dozen Minuteman corpses! The silent man accompanying her seemed to be also mute--or ashamed of his name as well. We left. I WISH I had a photo of that, um, public servant. There was a private photo taken of the McCain guest book by our group; I hope to locate who took it.

The Dour One was not a junior aide, she was some sort of senior staffer for McCain. McCain would have wanted us treated exactly that way. Yes, constituents like us make it very inconvenient for humble public servants to arrogate their wishes upon a dumbed-down populace. And we intend to make it even harder for such dour parasitic lice as these to remain AS public servants.

People of Arizona, you need to send some people in for Sensitivity Training. Not as in sensitivity to my feelings. Sensitivity to what the whole McCain staff is going to need for their NEXT JOBS after we vote Treacherous Johnny out of office!

A recent FR poll asked whether I'd vote for McCain vs. Hillary for President. I didn't vote. I DO NOT TRUST THE MAN. And the way his staff treated us was exactly how I'd expect to be treated by a political enemy. I guess I am--because I expect anyone on a governmental payroll in the United States of America to be loyal to the U.S. Constitution, to say the Pledge of Allegiance and to defend this Country--not betray it. Mr. McCain, thanks for your past service, but you are now no friend of America, Sir.

Meanwhile, it is IMPERATIVE that true Conservatives not be dismayed or alienated from the GOP--we just need to weed out the untrustworthy RINOs and CINOs posing as Republicans. THAT is the solution, not being divided-and-conquered by Leftist friends like McCain!

Because truly ... "the [evil Marxist liberal socialist Democrat Party] alternative is unthinkable" -- Jim Robinson

Oath Required By The Constitution And By Law To Be Taken By Senators:

"I, A__ B__, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God." (5 U.S.C. 3331.)

United States Senate Oath of Office

It doesn't look that complicated to me. It seems to me that breach of this oath constitutes unfitness for the job, even in the absense of proof of any wilful treason or treachery or perjury. People don't have to get fired, they terminate themselves by failure to perform required job functions. Incompetence or insubordination is cause for dismissal!

Ride McCain and his ilk out of town on a rail and for severance pay, give a month's worth of peanut brittle.

I do not doubt that McLame's minions acted the exact way you describe. God bless you for your trip and patriotism. Visiting the "hard cases" is difficult, but they need to be reminded that THEY serve US! BTTT

Those are grounds for impeachment, no doubt.

But, that still isn't a provision for a recall election, I don't think.

Fat chance that his colleagues are going to impeach him. A good chunk of them would have to impeach themselves on the same grounds...

PARTIAL LIST---IMMIGRANTS' FEDERAL CRIMINAL FELONIES

1 - Use of illegal ID or documents
2 - Federal income tax evasion
3 - Re-entry into USA after deportation
4 - Obtain/Operate vehicles with illegal ID
5 - ID theft/fraud - Social Security fraud
6 - Knowingly gaining employment fraudulently
7 - Recruiting other illegal aliens workers
8 - Transporting illegal aliens
9 - Harboring &/or housing illegal aliens
10 - Undermining US national security
11 - Registering/Voting using fraudulent documentation
12 - Conspiracy to violate federal statutes
13 - Uttering false statements to public officials
14 - Obstructing law enforcement

FREEPER ACTIVISM: Now if Arizona officials on the government payroll and tax-subsidized government agencies used tax-exempt bonding improperly by funding the activities of illegal aliens who used fraudulent documentaiton to get tax-subdized government benefits---they could be a criminal violation.

If the bonding agents for Arizona tax-exempt municipal transportation and highways, municipal school bonding, utilities bonding, and the like, are ignoring illgal activities, the SEC should be advised of your concerns. EMAIL enforcement@SEC.gov.

FREEPER ACTIVISM Most bonding agents conducting municipal business are registered broker-dealers and members of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). NASD and SIPC should also be contacted regarding your concerns about illegal activity.

FREEPER ACTIVISM Arizona Banks doing business with the state and municipalities that are conducting illegal activity are jeopardizing bank patrons, shareholders, and depositors and should be reported as follows:

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is the primary federal regulator for national banks. The OCC's Customer Assistance Group is available to assist with questions or complaints concerning national banks. Email to customer.Assistance@occ.treas.gov. You can reach one of the OCC Customer Assistance Specialists by calling toll free number, 1-800-613-6743, Monday-Thursday, 9-4, and Friday 9-3.

If Arizona banks colluded with state and municipal government officials to misuse the sanctioning power of the FDIC, that should be reported as well.

BACKGROUND: Now a bank holding company and financial holding subsidiary is subject to the supervision of, and regular inspection by, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (the “Federal Reserve Board”). Some Banks are organized as national banking associations, which are subject to regulation, supervision and examination by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (the “Comptroller” or “OCC”), the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the “FDIC”), the Federal Reserve Board and other federal and state regulatory agencies.

In addition to banking laws, regulations and regulatory agencies, banks and their subsidiaries and affiliates are subject to various other laws and regulations and supervision and examination by other regulatory agencies, all of which directly or indirectly affect the operations and management of a bank.

Any violations of these regs in collusion with Arizona government employees and agencies should be reported.

CHECK THIS OUT Arizona public officials who handle public monies are required to be bonded, and might have incurred imprisonment, fines, or other criminal penalties for violating the terms of bonding, and for lying on bonding applications, in connection with aiding and abetting illegal activities by aliens by using tax monies to build muster zones and the like.

They may also have filed false bonding applications and/or claims. Similar penalties apply to insurance organizations that provide bond insurance for public officials. Check it out in your area.

Most states require bonding by law for all elected officials in their capacity as fiduciaries of the public's monies. The express purpose of bonding is to protect the public's money. Each state sets their own regulations. Now, say public funds went missing and the public official failed to get bond coverage; the state would have no way to recover that money other than restitution through a criminal prosecution. If you determine a public official doesn't have bond coverage, that could be an actionable offense.

Also, if a public official with bonding had previous financial problems---perhaps a bankruptcy or a firing for financial improprieties, etc---that they failed to reveal to bonding agents, that might subject them to legal penalties.

Classes covered by bonding include: Municipalities, counties, townships, school districts, ambulance districts, volunteer fire departments, community college districts, public universities, transit authorities, landfills, sewage treatment facilities, public works maintenance facilities, airports.

Now if and when elected and officials and government employees allowed government agencies to misuse tax dollars-----allowing illegals using phony documentation to get government benefits, to vote in elections for public bond issues, and so on, this could violate the state's bonding regulations, and the bonding requirements of the carrier.

It's time to play hard ball with lawmakers, the only thing they understand. Let 'em know there are real consequences to inaction on lawbreaking.

In Arizona, a good place to start is to go after bonded public officials aiding and abetting illegals via the Arizona-Mexico Border Project..... as well as on a local level with bonded city manangers or mayors, councilmen, etc. misusing public monies to fund "muster centers" and other benefits for illegals and their employers. They may have also filed fraudulent official documents with state and federal agencies.

John McCain SCREAMS AT 9/11 FSA MEMBERS FOR OPPOSING HIS BILL TO GIVE AMNESTY FOR ILLEGALS

15 March 2006 - 9/11 Families for a Secure America

McCain CHALLENGES PETER GADIEL TO DEBATE HIM IN ARIZONA . GADIEL ACCEPTS CHALLENGE

ENCOUNTER WITH JOHN McCAIN:

At the end of a week of lobbying, we accidentally met Sen. John McCain just outside the Russell Senate Office Building . Joan, Bruce and I approached him identified ourselves as 9/11 family members. We told him we opposed his amnesty bill and of our promise to hold accountable members of Congress who vote for it for the acts of violence that result. The following conversation resulted:

McCain looked at Joan and said : “You're kidding, aren't you?”

Joan Molinaro : “No, we're not kidding.”

At this, McCain started screaming and pointed his finger in our faces: “ After all I've done for you people! I welcome you to come to my state. I'll debate the issue with you. The people of Arizona trust me…I got 77% of the vote last year. Who do you think they'll believe?”

Peter Gadiel : “ Yeah sure. You won that race by getting 85 % of your money from out of state.”

McCain : “It's people like you who make my job so hard. I got 77% of the vote…."

Gadiel: "Oh sure, but you needed 85% of your money from outside the state. What kind of confidence is that?"

By this time, Joan and Peter were turning their backs to McCain, and he started to come after them. But Bruce saw a guard from the Russell Building come out, take McCain by the arm and pull him inside the building.

9/11 FSA accepts Senator McCain's challenge to debate him on the issue of illegal immigration.

I believe NSNR was referring to the newspaper headlines in the 60's that said something on the order of:"Prisoner of War Admiral's Son 'Songbird'"

You may be too young to recall that time. There was compassionate reporting of the fact that McCain broke under torture and gave information to the VC.

He is also notorious for having crashed several jets while training.

His pedigree had something to do with the kid gloves that were used to handle these stories. He is the son and the grandson of admirals. He received an appointment to Annapolis. If you knew any Navy officers back then who tried for jets, you would know that it was so difficult to even make the cut, that anyone who went on to qualify after even a single crash had to have juice.

Even if someone would discount that, how can anyone explain away his collusion w/Kerry to destroy MIA/POW records?

About the most mild conclusions I have come to about McCain is that he has gone through life with godfathers in high places, plays the game of politics superbly, and may have been allowed to say publicly as part of the settlement that he divorced his former wife, while she knew the real John McCain and may have just wanted out. Those were very different times.

After returning home to find he was a celebrity, I would not be surprised that McCain evaluated his chances and was advised that he needed to marry photogenic campaign cash. I am sure he had expert advice from family friends.

Back then, Democrats were conservative on most issues except for the far left wing that was against the war. I have always wondered why McCain ran as a Republican. Perhaps because that is where the serious money was?

Yes, I am a cynical old lady. After over 6 decades, you get a feel for human character.

Just listening to him on TV gives me the creepy-crawlies.

McCain is an evil man, and a very dangerous one too. I shudder to think what he would do to someone who disagreed with him and he was President. Yikes! That's a scary thought. He'd probably take them out and shoot them.

Thanks for what you did for America/Americans. Sorry there were dirt bags like McCain to make your day unpleasant. I pray that Arizona voters have had enough of him and that they dump him for a Conservative!

Me too.

I hope that this debate doesn't denigrate McCain for his time as a prisoner of war. I believe 100% of our men broke eventually. Modern military survival training teaches the military to say what whatever needed to stay alive.

I dislike McCain for his ideology. I honor him for his service and doubly honor him that he was tortured for his country. I'm saddened by the FReepers who can't distinguish the difference.

What in the story leads you to believe a "ruckus" was caused?

As I read it, a dozen or so Minutemen were in the office making demands. Only those who're still licking the ground these vigilantes walk on could possibly see this as anything other than a disruption.

Thanks for the ping.

Just yesterday I received a letter from McCain. Some conservative volunteer group he supports in their fight against Senators using defense spending as pork. Ships the Navy doesn't need, etc. Four pages of rant. Then another page for me to fill out and enclose a donation to keep this group with the money to fight against wasted defense spending.

I threw it in the garbage. I assumed he was getting names to add to his donor list for his run for the nomination for president.
