A couple of years ago a frined and I were in folding chairs at the local, week long 4th of July celebration. He's a little older than me, and was around 58 at the time. We're sitting there and watching the never ending parade of skimpy clad gals. Most were in their late teens, early twenties.
So he's oogling them and drooling. I told him you better be careful, you might get sued. He responded telling me that if the gals are that stupid to dress provocatively, he's at an age where he's gonn stare and have no shame or regrets.
As I'm now in the late 50's I share his outlook.

Walk out of the office with her and in to a common area where people are.
Sit across from her so that she is not close.
Look directly at her face and/or the report as you talk.
Next time she comes in your office; leave the office door open at all times and/or invite a co-worker to sit with you while you discuss reports, etc.

My office door is almost never closed and wasn't yesterday. Anyone walking by would have gotten the same view that I did. I can't figure out whether it was intentional or not.
