You know Hillary has always reminded me of the tiresome girls other girls just detested. Girls who were always out for something for themselves, just didn't quite fit in with the other girls. The kind of girl you did not want at your slumber party.

And she claims to be the representative of women.

Women hate women like HIllary. We hated them when we were 12 years old and they were party poopers who just didn't quite fit in.

Every move that this Administration makes will appear "sudden" in the absence of leaks. Get used to it.

In some cases, it is important to soften the announcement with selected friendly leaks before-hand to setup the spin cycle in your favor.

In this case, they must have decided to let the DBM (driveby media) go out on a limb of speculation.

Good point. Hoekstra said in his interview with Wallace that he had been at the White House? (or with WH people) on Wednesday and had no idea about the Goss departure, and this White House really knew how to keep a secret.

Juan Williams is calling Patches "a poor man with a problem".

Patches had every opportunity to make something of his life and he blew it

He needs to grow up and take responsibility for his actions other then reading a prepared speech

Fox News Sunday guest: Washington Nationals co-owner Mark Lerner

It appears that "Power Player of the Week" is still going on. Looks like I can plan on saving 10 minutes of my life again today by turning off the TV early before the show is completely over.

It is in the Constitution that they can not be arrested when on their way to vote. I thought McKinney was just going to a meeting.

The boys don't want her either. She has zero chance of election to President, I hope she runs.

Hillary wanting to horn in for a photo op and Merkel declines.

Even irritating to Hillary, she dines in private with our Prez and speaks with our Prez the next day at American Jewish Conference (1st time in history for Chancellor to speak there).

I did not know Americans used that expression it seem so English to me :0)

If you must know the truth, I listened to a great deal of British programming on Radio Luxembourg when I was stationed in Germany. RL was (is?) a fantastic station: German programming during my morning commute, with British programming in the afternoon.

"Vanity...thy name is Arlen. LOL (Looks a bit like Paul Wellstone to me.)"

If you mean he looks like one of the dear departed, yeah.

Unfortunately, he does a better job of being a demonrat than they do.

I cannot, for the life of me, see why in the world the Republicans with Bush leading the charge, doesn't get out front with several absolutely winning points...

That has been Tony Snow's theme for months now.  The White House has hired Tony Snow.  I think they may have gotten the message.  I'm betting that the appointment of Hayden is going to be the kick off for a much more confrontational strategy.  I also bet that Bush is going to veto the emergency appropriations bill being debated in the Senate right now.  The kicker is he's going to point to Republican Trent Lott's $700 million "railroad to nowhere" as the example of inappropriate things to have in an emergency bill meant to deal with disaster relief and war costs.  He'll leave open the possibility of signing a law with that in it, so long as it's properly debated and fully funded from cuts elsewhere, but he'll insist that it not be inserted in such emergency legislation as an earmark.

And the crowd goes wild!!!!!!!!

If he does that, and if he let's Tony be Tony, then watch for approval ratings well above 50% within a month of those actions.

Some state rep here in GA tried to weasel out of a DUI by citing GA law that reps couldn't be arrested or detained for any reason while the legislative was in session. The court didn't buy it.

I hope Republican voters also realize that if they keep voting in RINOS at the primaries instead of REAL conservatives, that they are only helping to create the problem of people maybe staying home are voting 3rd party....

"I repeat my predictions. GOP pick up of 1 to 3 Senate seats and 5 to 10 in the House."

I agree with your predictions. There is no way the Democrats are going to get their vote out like they did in 2004. In 2004, they(MoveOn.org, Soros, PDiddy) threw out their best tricks and still couldn't win the presidency. Also it's a long time between now and November - gas prices may go down significantly.

Wouldn't it be sweet, if the Democrats were measuring for their curtains, assigning committee chairmanships and then get their a**es handed to them in November.
