If you must know the truth, I listened to a great deal of British programming on Radio Luxembourg when I was stationed in Germany. RL was (is?) a fantastic station: German programming during my morning commute, with British programming in the afternoon.

Radio Luxembourg came off normal radio and went satellite have no idea if they finally folded after that or not, if I listen to radio it tends to American via the Internet.
