Since it has recently been alleged in some press accounts, and we know the FBI is running around digging, as are many reporters, the timing does fit.
But I freely acknowledge it could be something completely different, and he may have never been in a "hospitality suite." But speculative accusation, followed by outraged denial, followed by resignation with no explanation is not a novel turn of events in DC.
This kind of sudden resignation sometimes precedes an ugly revelation. But I don't think it is Goss himself.

It does sound like it is related to something like Foggo/Cunningham/Hookergate.
Then again, it could also be some conflict between him and Negroponte with Goss bolting in anger instead of waiting for a smooth transition, with perhaps the Hookergate allegations a going-away smear job by the CIA's sedition wing to make political hay out of this.
