President Bush was the star all the way around. Class 100%. Most of the audience, as well as most of the stage personnas, reeked with self-importance. I agree, this whole event makes my skin crawl. I didn't post annything last night, because I just didn't have the patience to be flamed. did you see the guests walking in - the scum of the earth like Madeline Albright, all the leftists in the media, hollywood people.

Given that there are US soldiers dying in combat every day, the President should gracefully decline to do events like this - the tone is simply not right.
