I just have this nagging thought that we have been given a tool with these prewardocs. Notice all the progress that has been made with the civil empowerment, ie., Patriot Guard Riders, Minutement, Pajamahydden, Bloggers, (whomever I didn't think of off the top of my head). Now, I think we were given the tools for the next step. Fighting the left on their turf, legal grounds.
