Update: CIA Officer Fired for Leaking Classified Info to Media
WASHINGTON — A CIA officer has been relieved of his duty after being caught leaking classified information to the media.
CIA officials will not reveal the officer's name, assignment, or the information that was leaked. The firing is a highly unusual move, although there has been an ongoing investigation into leaks in the CIA.
One official called this a "damaging leak" that deals with operational information and said the fired officer "knowingly and willfully" leaked the information to the media and "was caught."
They treat the military and this country as their whore, but act like it's the wife" "in public".
George W. Bush, America's CIC, I'm counting on you to do what any good woman would do when treated as such.

Wasn't there an article recently that claimed several former and current intel officals leaked something to a reporter.

Remember when I mentioned that Bush was known as an excellent poker player at Harvard?
It would seem that the Bush administration is on hard times - low 'polls', and supposed stories of leaks....impeachment, blah, blah....
Fact is that despite appearances, Bush is about to show his cards and he's actually holding the Ace. Two developments:
1. The long standing investigation into Senator Jay (meet me in Syria) Rockefeller, Senator Dick Durbin, Ron Wyden, and three others is coming to a close. Notice that in today's news Rockefeller's statements are absent as are Durbin's. Sources say to expect a conclusion by the end of May.
2. The Iraq Documents recovered after the war began are beginning to tell the real story of the link between Saddam and Bin Laden. This in itself is huge and the left and the MSM knows it. Which is why aside from ABC News's lame attempt at debunking their significance, the Bush administration is about to pull some trump cards on certain key editors and journalists who are - "itchy" to 'make a deal' and actually cover the story in a positive and informative light after all.
Like I said, it's going to be a fun Summer - stay tuned.
I sounds like she was FED damaging info (probably FALSE) to relay onto Preist, giving it cred because of who it came from...
Hence the whole explosion when the world was told about Secret Prisons that no one on earth can prove actually exist...
My interrogation/(questions) would center on who fed HER what to leak, and Where did it come from???

You're going to need a Topographist to figure out these convoluted connections and interlacements.
Sprinkle it all with a good does of Cold War/Mutual Destruction Communism from Dana's husband and his Red pals, and we have a whole shadow government functioning and doing it's best to shove Bush & Co. off the cliff.

I left this thread last night at 6:00pm. It took a good hour to get through all the posts.
FR is unbelievable. You guys out there researching are doing a fantastic job. I have seen FR mentioned in multi blogs today.

I emailed Andy McCarthy at NRO (no relation) I really want to find out if McCarthy had any say in the Fitzgerald placement.
I can't place the name and google turns up everything from a canadian math prof to an artist.
